Flying Fish Cove offers winemaking services to growers and wine branders throughout Western Australia, who don't wish to invest in their own production facilities, but want to convert their fruit into product for their own wine labels and also to other wineries that require additional capacity.
Established in 2001 and based in Margaret River's Wilyabrup sub-region, Flying Fish Cove currently produces wine for quality focused customers.
Flying Fish Cove has the capacity to crush 2,200 tonnes of fruit. The tank farm holds 1.6 million litres of wine, whilst almost 2,000 barrels are stored on site in our climate controlled barrel store.
